Welcome to Juvva Rx. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Juvva Rx, LLC (“Juvva Rx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Juvva Rx is a technology and administrative platform that facilitates access to independent healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. Juvva Rx operates in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Our telemedicine providers are licensed to practice medicine in the states where they serve patients. Juvva Rx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical services are provided by third-party licensed medical professionals and pharmacies.

2. Prescription Issuance Statement

At Juvva Rx, prescriptions are issued only after a licensed healthcare provider conducts a legitimate telehealth consultation with you.

We do not issue prescriptions based solely on online questionnaires or surveys. Our providers follow all applicable laws and standards to ensure safe, responsible prescribing practices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. No Medical Advice

Any content on our Platform (blogs, FAQs, chatbots, etc.) is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Emergency Disclaimer

Juvva Rx is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately.

6. Third-Party Providers

Medical services accessible via our Platform are delivered by licensed, independent providers. Any prescriptions or treatment plans are solely between you and the provider. We are not liable for the clinical decisions made by these providers.

7. Pharmacy Fulfillment

If prescribed, your medications may be fulfilled by a licensed third-party pharmacy. Juvva Rx does not handle or dispense medications directly.

8. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

9. HIPAA & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or medical history
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
  • Use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes

11. Limitation of Liability

Juvva Rx shall not be liable for:

  • Any decisions made by healthcare providers
  • Prescription or treatment outcomes
  • Delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies on the Platform

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juvva Rx and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to your use of the Platform or services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Returns and Refunds

Because prescriptions are made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once they’ve been dispensed. Your safety is our top priority, so if you believe there’s been a mistake with your prescription, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

15. Medical Board Complaint Information

If you have a complaint about one of our healthcare providers, you may contact the relevant medical board in your state. For example, to file a complaint in Florida, visit the Florida Department of Health at https://www.flhealthsource.gov/.

16. States Not Served

Juvva Rx provides telehealth services only in jurisdictions where we are authorized to operate as outlined under Jurisdictions Where We Operate in our Privacy Policy. At this time, we do not offer telehealth services to patients located in the state of New Jersey, pending completion of required registration with the New Jersey Department of Health Telemedicine and Telehealth Organization Registry.

Patients located in excluded states or jurisdictions will not be able to receive telehealth services through Juvva Rx. We reserve the right to update this list as our operations expand or as regulatory requirements change. Any updates will be reflected in these Terms & Conditions, and patients are encouraged to review this section regularly.
